REVIEW YOUR HOME FOR REPAIRS: No one likes a deferred maintenance surprise. And every home has deferred maintenance! I pay for a pre listing inspection with the vendor of your choice.
DECLUTTER: I can help you find a service to organize, sell or donate the things you are ready to leave behind.
INITIAL PROFESSIONAL CLEANING PLUS MOVE OUT CLEANING: You’ll have enough to do with decluttering and moving. I’ll take care of the cleaning services for you!
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY: I sometimes hire 2 photographers to get the job done. Good professional photography is always important in marketing your home to potential buyers.
PROFESSIONAL STAGING: I work with interior designers and stagers to provide professional advice. From a whole house decluttering and staging to adding art and throw pillows, I’ve got you covered.
ANALYTICS AND PRICING STRATEGIES: We’ll review market data together and come up with a pricing strategy that fits the current market.
MARKETING MATERIALS: My experience with award winning graphic designers and ad agencies certainly influenced my taste. Your listing materials along with professional photography will stand out to buyers!
MLS MARKETING AND SYNDICATION: Knowing the ins and outs of the MLS and the top real estate web sites will get your home in-front of more buyers ready to make offers.
OPEN HOUSES: I host multiple open houses as a way to create an atmosphere where buyers can imagine living in a home. Open houses can sell a property faster and for more money.
LOCKBOXES: Your safety is important to me! We will have a safety plan for you and your belongings
